REUNITED by Jan Scarbrough

Highly Recommended
A contemporary romance set in Kentucky, REUNITED starts like a house-on-fire, make that begins with a barn burning, smoke, screaming horses, and Casey Jones coming home. She doesn't expect to meet Jonathan Martin, the man who loved and left her ten years before, in the middle of a horse rescue operation. Already a noted horse trainer, Casey has come home to help her father, who has suffered a heart attack. Jon, also a horse trainer, has been hired to take her father's job on the horse farm. Their parting has left them both with painful secrets, but they must work together if Royalty Farms is to be saved from real estate developers and returned to its former financial success.
I was enthralled with the world of show horses that Ms. Scarbrough introduced me to in this tale of love gone awry, old pain, secrets, and a love that never dies. The characters are true to themselves, to what they obviously believe, and yet are capable of changing, growing, and forgiving--and most important, they know that dreams can come true. REUNITED is a fabulous read--and I can hardly wait to get my hands on the next book by this gifted author.
